Moulage Recipe

"Schkin" Recipe from the SUN conference in Baltimore (5/09)



2 13 oz containers of Vaseline

3 16 oz boxes of cornstarch

1/2 bottle of liquid foundation make-up



mix together, refrigerate 12 hrs, and store in an airtight container. It lasts about 1 year. Use this "clay" in making wounds on your mannequins. See photo.

Well attaching the photo didn't go so well--I think I need to edit it in photoshop to make it a smaller file size---stay tuned for the picture.

Thanks for the recipe! Did you look under the photo option for formatting? It asks where you want the picture and underneath(I think) about what size. I can't wait to try the recipe. Any info on coloring it?

Yes, I looked at the photo formatting option and chose different ones but that didn't seem to help...
The coloring comes from the liquid foundation make-up--so I guess the shade to start with would be medium as it will get lighter with the added corn starch.

I have created a recipe that looks very "realistic" for BM:
1 container of snackpack vanilla, lemon or chocolate pudding.
1/2-1 cup of unused coffee grounds and if desired Herseys syrup and or fake blood as needed.
Looks aweful, smells great!
